What is a Harvest Pack?

A mobile meal-packing assembly line that comes to you. We bring everything, we even lead it — your team brings the energy, and together you pack thousands of healthy meals for your community in about two hours.

Business

Business-Based Packs

When employees give back, everybody wins. Boost morale, strengthen teamwork, and give your teammates purpose beyond their to-do lists — companies that volunteer see happier employees and higher retention. You provide the space; we provide the supplies. Multiple shifts welcome.

Faith-Based Packs

Bring ages 3 to 103 together for a common goal. Engage your whole congregation or a single life group, invite the neighborhood in, and live out your mission of providing healthy food on every table. We bring EVERYTHING to your campus.

    Planning your event

    Event guidelines

We're happy to help you plan, every step of the way. As you start, think through three things: where you'll hold your event (a large conference room, school gym, or fellowship hall), how many volunteers you'll recruit, and how you'll cover the cost — corporate sponsorship, fundraising, or a small donation from each volunteer all work great.

    • You supply a safe, clean packing space sized for your volunteers
    • A few coins per meal covers all ingredients, supplies, shipping, and overhead
    • Schedule at least six weeks in advance; funds due 30 days before the event
    • We recommend a portion of meals be donated domestically — and most stay right in your community

    Ready to host? Fantastic!

Our team will come to you with everything you need — we'll even lead it for you. Tell us a little about your group and we'll get back to you right away to get started.
